Most of your inspection will be maintenance recommendations. These are nice to know about.  However, the issues that really matter will fall into four categories:

2. Things that could lead to a major defect.
3. Things that may hinder your ability to finance, legally occupy or insure the home.
4. Safety hazards.

2. Do you have any special qualifications or training?
3. How long does it take for you to do an inspection, and when will I see my report?
4. May I see a sample report?
